A neighborhood Vietnamese kitchen serving phở, bún and cơm the way we grew up eating them.
AIO Demo started with one pot of phở and a family recipe. We still make our broth the slow way, with beef bones, charred onion, ginger and warm spices, and we taste every pot before it goes out.
Beyond phở, our kitchen cooks dishes you find on busy streets across Vietnam: bún bò Huế with lemongrass and chili, bún chả Hà Nội with grilled pork, broken-rice plates with grilled pork chops, and wok-tossed shaking beef.
To drink, choose strong Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk, peach tea, fresh limeade, artichoke tea or a cold young coconut.
